Clever Foundry provides branding, creative and consulting services as described on our website. The specific scope, deliverables and pricing of any engagement will be defined in a separate agreement.
All creative work, concepts and deliverables remain the property of Clever Foundry until full payment is received, at which point ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client as agreed in the project contract.
Clever Foundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
